List of things you should be doing
- Meditate 20 minutes a day
- Work with a To Do List
- Make time for strategic reflection and planning
- Do yoga
- Say no more often
- Ban negative people from your life
- Don’t focus on the bad stuff
- Get enough sleep
- Go to the gym or exercise 3x a week
- Plan more
